Warendorf in partnership with PietBoon

Warendorfer Küchen GmbH has entered into a partnership with the Piet Boon® design studio. After its recent collaboration with design icon Philippe Stark, the internationally successful kitchen manufacturer has persuaded another leading light from the design world to contribute to its design portfolio.
The result of this collaboration is the kitchen range “Piet Boon® Kitchens by WARENDORF”.

The kitchen design is natural and authentic, and features an extraordinary attention to detail married with an expert’s eye for excellence and a preference for high quality materials. The simple geometric lines and understated colour schemes imbue the new designs from Piet Boon for WARENDORF with an innate superiority and elegance. Inspired by his many visits to the British capital, Piet Boon has in collaboration with Warendorf developed LONDON, a kitchen design that emphasises the timehonoured interplay between cooking and living. Piet Boon’s all-encompassing vision guarantees that the new generation of kitchens from Warendorf is utterly authentic; making it possible to prepare food in a relaxed atmosphere and in the comfort of an individually adaptable environment.

PietBoon kitchens by Warendorf STOCKHOLM – Blown in on the breeze

Taking its inspiration from the light-coloured interiors that typify Scandinavian interior design, the STOCKHOLM kitchen from the PietBoon range features brushed white laquer fronts in oak veneer combined with handles and work surfaces in stainless steel. The framing effect provided by the side panels and matching horizontal inserts gives the kitchen a rustic feel and allows the STOCKHOLM kitchen to merge subtly with the living space. A new accent has been set in the PietBoon kitchens through the use of horizontal inserts above and below the doors and between individual pullouts. The kitchen has been designed with a walk-round kitchen island, which also features a breakfast bar. A real feature has been made of the extractor fan by finishing the appliance housing in white smooth lacquer. The distinctive lines of the base units are repeated in the matching tall units containing additional storage and integrated appliances thus ensuring continuity in the design. In this kitchen you can almost feel the sand under your feet and smell the fresh breeze blowing in from the sea.
