In SS18, The North Face seriously upgrades its revolutionary Apex Flex GTX Jacket creating a much lighter, more stream-lined version of waterproof jacket, with refreshed mountain-colour styling.

The technology, first released for SS17, was a world first in outerwear, fusing practicality and comfort with an entirely waterproof shell and the cotton feel of the inner, achieved by using a Flexible Woven GORE-TEX® 3L fabric.

Dropping 40g of the total weight, the Apex Flex GTX 2.0 has all the remarkable qualities of the original but at a lighter dimension of 800g, and is 12% more breathable. With a noticeable increase in lightness, the wearer will benefit from an unprecedented range of motion and comfort, even in the most unpredictable of conditions.
