Chimera Backpack

Light, Easy To Use, Comfortable: these are the three pillars that our new pack is built on. The result is the Chimera Backpack.

This backpack truly blurs the lines between hiking and trail running. Featuring the outrageously lightweight, propriety IronLight – a material with a hollow core, resulting in a significantly higher strength to weight ratio – the new Chimera backpack is built for speed. The pack also debuts The North Face’s all new DynoCarry synch technology, allowing for on-the-fly compression of the pack, both on the top and bottom, keeping any content within the backpack from sloshing around with rapid movement. The final call-out is the packs progressive choice of colour palette, with striking silver used throughout.

Truxel Hike Shoe

Transformative, understandable, with the element of surprise: introducing Truxel, the next gen of hike shoe.

Combining slick aesthetics with leading tech, the Truxel offers a fast, high performance hike shoe, that looks equally as good on the mountain as the street, taking any tough terrain in its stride, allowing the wearer to forget the trail and concentrate on their end goal. This achieved by using engineered knit upper with TPU hotmelt yarns for the first ever time in a hike shoe. By using this, one piece of material is used for the upper, to create a performance-focused and aesthetically progressive trail shoe for the modern hiker.  .

Lastly, we launch through this shoe our proprietary ETS™ outsole system: Our best-in-class traction system that uses a three-tiered approach: The unique outsole compound provides traction on wet and dry terrain for grip, the perfected lug orientation delivers optimal ground-surface contact.

Apex Flex Impendor Shell

The next generation of our revolutionary rainwear. For the first time, combines a waterproof, breathable DryVent shell with a soft, woven face and stretch-knit backer to deliver infallible protection from the elements with the feel of your favourite hoodie. Striking the best balance between stretch, lightness and full protection against all weather conditions – our lightest Apex Flex ever!
