CHEP, the supply chain solutions company, has been certified as a 2019 Top Employer in Europe following accreditation in the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Ireland by the Top Employers Institute (TEI),<\/a> a global certifier recognising excellence in employee conditions. Companies needed to get at least 5 countries certified to get Top Employer Europe status.<\/p>\n

TEI only awards this certification to organisations that achieve the highest standards of excellence in employee conditions. Following validation and an external audit, performance scores are rated against an international standard.
