LiveTrail APP, a widget that connects the live tracking with the runner\u2019s social media profiles, automatically posts their location details on their Facebook\u00a9 and Twitter\u00a9 pages. Runners can connect to LiveTrail APP from <strong>Monday June 18<sup>th<\/sup> 2012<\/strong> directly from The North Face\u00ae Lavaredo Ultra Trail website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ultratrail.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.ultratrail.it<\/a>. Follow The North Face\u00ae Lavaredo Ultra Trail live on The North Face\u00ae social media channels.<\/p>\n<p>Among the runners to sign up for the Live Trail APP will be The North Face\u00ae ultra running athletes and returning champions <strong>Sebastien Chiagneau (FRA)<\/strong>, winner of last year\u2019s edition and of The North Face\u00ae Transgrancanaria 2012; <strong>Zigor Iturrieta (ESP)<\/strong>, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place 2011; and <strong>Fernanda Maciel (BRA)<\/strong>, winner of the women\u2019s 2011 race and female winner of The North Face\u00ae Transgrancanaria 2012.<\/p>\n<p>In its 6<sup>th<\/sup> edition,<strong> The North Face\u00ae Lavaredo Ultra Trail<\/strong> takes place on June 29-30<sup>th <\/sup>2012, starting and ending, for the first time in Cortina, Italy. 1000 competitors will take on the 120km race through the heart of the Italian Dolomites, passing the spectacular Cinque Torri and the world famous Tre Cime to cover an accumulated height gain of 6,000m in a maximum time limit of 32 hours.
